On behalf of our client, dynamic and rapidly growing company from technology sector, we are currently looking for motivated and hands-on individual to enhance company's growth and support CEO in taking strategic decision regarding further development.

Description
- Management and supervision over entire financial and accounting and taxes function within the company
- Develop the current financial model to ensure forecasts and operational decisions can be delivered precisely and in a timely manner
- Management of the company's relationship with external partners in the area of finance and treasury
- Ensuring cash is managed effectively and efficiently
- Ensuring information flows are accurate, detailed and timely to enable all management to drive change based on the best possible data points
- Maintenance of an appropriate controls environment to support growth and to ensure robust underlying accounting records
- Successful development and management of commercial agreements with customers
- Play an active part of the management board and contribute to strategic decision making
- Managing and coaching subordinate team
Profile
- Master's degree in finance, economy, business or similar; preferably supported by additional certification in business administration or management accounting
- 5+ years of experience on independent position with responsibility for financial controlling, business analysis and supporting decision makers in pushing company's growth
- Perfect understanding of financial controlling, cash flow management and accounting; preferably good knowledge of tax regulations
- Perfect interpersonal skills, managerial experience will be a plus
- Very good English is a must
