Our Client is a global manufacturing Company based near Poznań.
Regarding to Company's development and acquisition of new entities we are looking for experienced Financial Manager to handle and coordinate all actions related to capital merging. Interim project is expected for 6-9 months.
Main objectives:
responsibility for process of acquisition of new entity into the Company,
being responsible for all accounting and financial control processes,
produce regular month-end reporting and analysis to manage the business,
acting as a business partner and provide quality financial leadership and analytical support,
ensure that organisation understands and owns strategic plans, budgets, forecasts and is committed to delivery expected results,
support CEO as needed on ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
previous experience as Finance Director/CFO/Senior Finance Manager,
proven track record in enhancing the finance function and leading the operations to deliver financial targets,
strong analytical, reporting and process managing skills,
knowledge of Polish accounting and tax regulations,
excellent leadership and communication skills,
fluency in English is a must.
