Financial Controller
- Your role is to assist business managers with financial decision-making, prepare financial reports and develop and implement processes that help to improve company's operational and production effectiveness.

Description
- Prepare and ensure quality weekly, monthly and annual reporting in line with Group and statutory requirements
- Ensure tax and regulations compliance in co-operation with tax advisors in selected areas
- Factory production efficiency and financial performance reporting, variance analysis and budgeting
- Ensure proper implementation of financial processes in ERP system.
- Intercompany pricing, product costing and monthly stock valuation
- Provide support to ad hoc projects and analyse financial impact of planned actions
- Support in range of cross-departmental ERP related queries
- Execute and ensure effectiveness of internal controls
- Ensure compliance with group policies, processes, and standards
- Continuously suggest ways to improve efficiency of accounting processes
- Ensure completeness of liabilities - maintaining adequate provisions and accruals
- Ensure integrity of the general ledger, including reconciling of selected balances on monthly basis
Profile
- Master's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field; several years of experience in a business or finance environment
- Big 4 background highly preferred
- Leadership and good interpersonal skills
- Honesty; integrity; reliability; solid written and verbal communication skills;
- High attention to detail and organisational skills;
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Positive and can-do attitude
