Financial Controller
The person hired for this position will be one of the key speaking partner for general management regarding financial situation while establishing new business initiative. Financial Controller will be responsible for supporting effective business decisions by analyzing, and interpreting financial data in order to evaluate various business alternatives and recommend the most appropriate business solutions.

As a result of growth of our Client organization we are looking for candidates for a position of Financial Controller.
Description
- Establishing and overseeing processes and tools necessary to obtain transparent and reliable financial data and business information in line with the highest quality standards
- Overseeing the business planning and forecasting process for the area of responsibility and serves as the interface to Local Business Unit Controller and Global Product Group Controller
- Evaluating financial implications of various strategic decisions, builds scenarios and recommends actions
- Monitoring progress achieved and providing insight and analysis to support operational decision-making
- Identifying commercial and financial risks and opportunities from business propositions
- Ensuring high quality of financial data and business information in line with defined standards and financial closing schedules
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Ensuring timely and efficient communication with relevant Local/Country/Division/Region Controllers, Accounting Center, and other internal customers
Profile
-
University degree (preferably in finance & accounting, economics, econometrics, IT/IS or mathematics)
- At least 5 years of professional experience on similar position in manufacturing company is a must
- Fluency in SAP is a must
- Experience in implementing new initiatives will be an asset
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and readiness to implement them due to business requirements
- Excellent command of the English and Polish language (both spoken and written) is a must
Excellent analytic thinking, problem structuring and problem solving skills - Ability to independently plan and organize work
- Ability to deliver results to deadlines and to handle stress
- Good communication skills, dynamics and pro-activity in action
