Financial Controller - OPEX&CAPEX

Lokalizacja: Lublin - okolice

Our Client- a large recognzable company is  going to reinforce the controlling team !

The aim of operations controller is to monitor the achievement of the company goals by analyzing operating costs, their variances towards the budget and suggesting the corrective actions. The person will  lead/ coordinate a team of 2-3 specialist , share knowledge with less experience team members.

Main accountabilities:

• participates in the budget and forecast exercise. Consolidates final figures and explains main deviations,
• supports the Financial Reporting with the period-end managerial accounting closure,
• provides standard and ad hoc reporting packages to the relevant function and shops and support the business decision making process from the financial perspective,
• looks for ways of improving the efficiency, process and data quality,
• works collaboratively with local team  and global counterparts.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in controlling department within manufacturing industry
• Skills/experience in sharing knowledge and expertise /train other employees
• Financial educational background
• Good English knowledge
• Proactive and taking initiative, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work to deadlines and by objectives, focused on details and effort working attitude.
