Financial Controller (m/f)
The chosen person will be reporting functionally to Logistic Manager and directly to Finance Director. The person will be a key member of controlling department ensuring and supporting the strong position of the company on the market. Moreover, the person will be taking the responsibility for building company's Controlling Department to deliver internal stakeholders high quality information.

For an international client with production and logistic site in Poland, we are looking for an open-minded and ambitious candidates for a new position of Finance Controller for the company located in in south part of Poland.
Description

Advice and key contact to Management Team, supports headquarter, production and logistics' aspects concerning strategy of the company
- Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, yearly close activities according to the local principles and company policies
- Prepare the logistic cost analysis as well, include forecasting and yearly budgeting
- Contribute and monitor the strategic direction of the company
- Implement the financial and taxation strategy
- Support the tactical initiations
- Prepare the financial reports for the Management Team and headquarter
- Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results. Investigate and explain book to physical adjustments.
- Support the internal control at the business unite for the operation, sales and finance
- Construct and monitor the control systems, reporting the risk issue, working closely with the Management Team
- Business partnering for non-financial functions
Profile
-
University degree with a strong focus on Accounting / Finance
- From 3 - 5 years of experience in controlling (working independently)
- Expert knowledge of Excel
- Experience with ERP system is required (SAP nice to have)
- Excellent analytical way of thinking and fluency in analytical tools
- Result orientated, proactive personality
- Strong personality, proactive approach
- Ability to work under pressures with deadlines
- Fluent English is required
- Ability to provide, lead and implement innovative improvements
- Management skills
