Financial Controller (m/f)
Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is looking to bring on a Financial Controller to join their team in their Olesno office. You need to be someone that is driven by a challenge and always looking for ways to improve and sharpen a process in order to progress and drive the business forward.
Client Details
An international company, which manufactures products, used every day. Based in Finland with three plants in Germany, Poland, Czechia. Diverse manufacturing processes are a chance to increase savings from financial point of view, which others could not see yet. Current recruitment need exists in their Olesno office.
Description
- Ensure that local processes are right and all data that is provided is correct,
- Support own team and colleagues with knowledge, so that they are able to improve their way of working,
- Make own analysis and to answer all kind of questions,
- Prepare product cost analysis,
- Improve master data quality,
- Support yearly planning,
- Support manufacturing improvements and strategy,
- Be a strong partner to the plant managers and strong member of the controller team,
- Calculation of yearly hourly rates based on cost planning and capacity,
- Inventory evaluation and IFRS rules.
Profile
- Experienced in manufacturing processes and ERP systems
- Practical knowledge in product cost calculation
- Experience in manufacturing cost and manufacturing results
- Possesses general understanding of financial tools and theories
- Has experience in other manufacturing items, for discussion and development
- Fluent English is necessary,
- Possibility to travel abroad.
