Financial Controller (m/f)
Candidate will be responsible for controlling, budgeting, forecasting. Ideal candidate has got over 5 years of finance experience in manufacturing area.
Client Details
Our client is an International Capital Group and a leader within the production sector that they operates in Poland. As a result of growth within their organization, we are currently looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Financial Controller. The Financial Controller as a business partner and will directly report to Group Financial Controller. Company is located near the city of Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski.
Description
- Prepare budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and analysis of deviations with recommendations.
- Analyse and complete a financial reporting package (monthly and semi-annual) and any other ad hoc financial analysis requested.
- Review and analyse management reporting, create long-term strategic planning of the all entities in the Group.
- Prepare presentations and commentaries as needed for key stakeholders.
- Review of internal control procedures and compliance.
- Participate in preparation of Financial Statements.
- Provide financial input for performance improvement initiatives and capital expenditure proposals.
- Daily basis liaise with Group Financial Controller and Financial Director and other Financial Controllers
- Be part of the best practice implementation during the project management in the Group.
Profile
- University degree with a strong focus on Finance or Economics
- At least 5 years of professional experience on similar position in manufacturing company
- Fluency in SAP FI / CO
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- Excellent command of the English
- Knowledge of IFRS will be necessary
- CIMA/ACCA qualifications/in progress would be an advantage
- Ability to work independently with business partnering approach
- Excellent analytic thinking, problem structuring and problem solving skills
