Currently, for our client, an international BPO/SSC company, we are looking for candidates for a position in the finance and accounting department.
Financial and accounting business customer service with Italian language

Responsibilities of the position:
- Preparation and posting of invoices in SAP system
- Entering accounting data into the system
- Controlling and updating invoices in the system
- Preparing payment proposals
- Responding to supplier inquiries (email contact)
- Performing accounting activities, related to the closing of the accounting period
- Preparing reports and other statements, for the needs of the business client
- Creating and updating process documentation related to the position
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of English (B2/C1)
- Advanced knowledge of Italian (B2/C1)
- Six months of work experience, in AP department (course, training, internships)
- Education in the field and knowledge of SAP - additional advantages for candidates
- Ability to use Excel
- Customer orientation
- Ability to build positive relationships with business customers
