Financial Analyst

Location: Wrocław

As a Financial Analyst you will be responsible for:
- contingency reporting and disclosure functions
- revaluating currency and providing policy and US GAAP advice to business. This includes fulfilling the Quarterly Financial Mgmt Compliance, Checklist, the Finance Quarterly Reporting Package, and updating policies.
- Performing Account Reconciliation Tracking Tools (ARTT) related activities, such as administration, account reconciliation quality review and profit & loss schedules for audit and tax.
- Month End Closure duties
- Being in charge of the local statutory report and provide business and functional support on financial analysis.
- Perform US GAAP/Corporate reporting and providing consultancy on processes, programs and projects
- Provide ongoing training and communication to Region and Country Finance team. You will ensure that financial processes (including SOX testing) are under control.
- Ensure that reporting and analyses are in line with local legal and tax requirements, HP financial policies and procedures, and the Sarbanes – Oxley Act
- Providing business analysis, forecasting activities and costs management.

Requirements

• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or finance or equivalent
• Minimum three years of experience in a financial or accounting environment ( including financial analyst, finance reporting, cash management)
• Knowledge form the area of Profit and Loss statements, balance sheets, cash management, forecasting, budgeting , accounts reconciliation, revaluation, accrual managements, standard variances analysis)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to interface, present and communicate successfully with all levels of management and large groups
• Analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Problem solvubg skills
