Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the Finance function in delivering a centralized finance shared service process solution within time, budget and quality constraints in the EMEA Business Service Centre and with the support of GPOs and the Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O implementation partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing finance processes for the transition of activities from local offices to the new Business Service Centre in Katowice. What you'll need to succeed
To be the best Candidate for this role, you will need Finance/Economics educational background, experience in a similar position (at least 6-7 years), very good knowledge of MS Excel, experience working in Microsoft Dynamics /Navision preferred, Lean six sigma black belt or similar qualification and be fluent in English (min. B2). You have to be able to manage people performance and development.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the Finance function in delivering a centralized finance shared service process solution within time, budget and quality constraints in the EMEA Business Service Centre and with the support of GPOs and the Microsoft Dynamics D365 F&O implementation partner, you will be responsible for developing and implementing finance processes for the transition of activities from local offices to the new Business Service Centre in Katowice. Scope of duties included:
- Development and coordination of ”lift and shift” operations from local offices to the BSC associated with centralized process building across general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, intercompany, payroll, treasury, VAT, statutory financials and other related finance related processes.
- Support GPOs and D365 implementation partner in finance blueprinting and process design, testing and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics D365, including scheduling of project deliverables, milestones and required tasks.
- Development of standard operating and desktop procedures documentation and workflows by process area
- Review of project proposals to determine goals, time frame, procedures for accomplishment of the project, staffing requirements and allocation of resources and tracking progress against plan
- Providing link between local operations team and senior level management/stakeholders, driving process migration and supporting the successful transition of finance activities to the BSC.
- Development, implementation and monitoring of KPIs/SLAs by finance process area
- Coordination of Knowledge Transfer / Work shadowing
