To succeed in this recruitment process our Client requires 4 years’ experience in Accounting, University degree preferably in Finance and Accounting. Experience with Navision (or other ERP programme) would be a plus. Fluent English for everyday communication is needed.

Your new role
As a Finance Team Leader you will:
- keep track of, manage and coordinate work of your Team (10 people) that provides accounting services to Group business centers located in Europe,
- taking care of timely and precise service delivery of processes performed by the Team (AR, AP, GL),
- motivating and coaching employees,
- ensure process compliance with relevant accounting requirements, company policies and internal controls
- conduct process enhancements and standardization projects within your area of responsibility.
