Our Client is a recognizable company which operates globally.W are looking for an individual who will contribute to the development and will be responsible for leading the company’s operations of its captive finance shared service centre located in South of Poland.
Finance Shared Services Directorleads the finance shared services operations ensuring the center is providing high quality and efficient transaction processing, accounting and reporting services to the businesses.
Essential FunctionsLead the finance shared services operations ensuring the center is providing high quality and efficient transaction processing, accounting and reporting services to the businesses; Maintain and monitor key finance operation process performance metrics. Lead and drive business process continuous improvement projects. Simplify, standardize and further centralize accounting and finance transactional activities. Provide finance business process leadership for the ongoing deployment of SAP , partner with global finance function, manage external audits and measure performance and Manage relationships with key finance and business stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned finance, accounting and shared services executive. He/She will have led successful organizations within a highly matrixed manufacturing or process-based environment and is adaptable to a dynamic changing environment.
The position requires: bachelors degree in Finance, 10+ years of relevant finance experienceincluding prior experience managing a finance shared services organization, public accounting experience and/or Chartered Accountant or equivalent, fluency in English, Extremely strong customer and partner focus .Past experience with SAP or other ERP business system. The individual should be process and continuous improvement oriented .Willingness to travel globally is required.
