For our client, a production company leader in its field of activity we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of Finance Manager. The successful candidate will be a member of the management team, and play a key role in supporting business decisions and development of the company.
Job description:
- Responsible for all financial and accounting aspects of the company's operations in Poland
- Prepare cyclical financial reports according to local GAAP and group reporting principles to ensure compliance with local tax regulations and group requirements
- Responsible for preparing tax reports (VAT, CIT) and interacting with local tax authorities/auditors
- Update company chart of accounts and accounting policies as required
- Responsible for management and development of medium-sized team
- Plan, implement, supervise and control the budget and long-term financial plans
- Perform financial analysis of company current operations
- Responsible for foreign exchange management and reporting, intercompany transactions

Requirements:
- University degree in Finance/Economic
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a production environment in an international company
- Comprehensive knowledge of Polish accounting regulations and tax experience
- Proven experience in managing people and developing teams
- Understands key business drivers and proactively seeks out opportunities and recommends solutions that can be effectively supported
- Passionately strives to achieve results; energetic and high level of dedication
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in Polish and English
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably within a production environment in an international company
- Comprehensive knowledge of Polish accounting regulations and tax experience
- Proven experience in managing people and developing teams
