We39re looking for a Finance Manager who will join our client - a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of electric motors, based in Poznań.
 
As Finance Manager you will be responsible for planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, internal control and accountable for financial reporting to management. You will be working operationally in the controlling area and supervising financial activities and the finance team. In your role, you will be a contact point between the central IT team and the local external IT specialist.

Your duties will be:
 

• Transfer price calculation 
• Costs controlling
• Prices and gross profits analysis
• Preparation for the Yearly Audit 
• Inventory Month-End Closings 
• Monthly Sales Reporting 
• Back-up Duties for Accounting roles (VAT declaration and any legal reports) and for Financial Statements Reporting Package
• Salary Provisions and Salaries (actual and accruals) 
• General Expenses 
• Inventory Bookings 
• Closing File Review

To be successful in the role, you need:
 

• Master39s degree in finance or accounting or relevant field.
• Previous experience (at least 5 years) of controlling in a production/manufacturing environment. 
• Good knowledge and understanding of financial accounting and controlling areas. 
• Leadership/people management skills.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• ERP39s system knowledge and Excel knowledge.
• Fluent English, French - nice to have.
