Role Description

Drive the strategic supply chain agenda in the Category and to unlock value by taking an end-to-end approach in the moments that matter. This person needs to have a very strong grasp of the full value chain within the category, understand where most value can be unlocked and then drive actions.

Responsibilities

- Drive GM% and reduction in controlled cost
- Big Capex investments and governance
- Monitoring and driving VIP-program delivery
- Control Supply chain category budget
- Understand the logistic performance and drive improvement
- Sharing best practice and accelerating learnings across the Cluster Finance Team
- The Finance Manager SC does NOT do In-year performance management
- The Finance Manager SC does NOT do Big Restructuring investments or Network optimisation studies (across Make and Deliver), however a full connection and alignment on decision with power team is mandatory.

Requirements

- Master degree in Accounting/ finance or equivalent;
- Over 5 years’ experience in financial, operational and business partnering roles
- Experience with the relevant controlling processes
- Natural passion for operations design and business results
