Finance Manager (m/f)
On behalf of our client - high standard manufacturing company, we are currently looking for experienced and motivated individual to take up position of Head of Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for all financial, accounting and taxes activities of a business.

Description
- Oversee and manage all financial and accounting functions to include: general ledger; financial planning; budgeting; accounts payable and receivable; management information systems; cost accounting and taxes
- Preparation of monthly and annual P & L statements, balance sheets and statutory reporting
- Provide business analysis to understand manufacturing variance, variable and fixed costs, impacts of productivity improvements
- Responsible for hands on analysis to support and improve the operational effectiveness
- Optimize staffing, organization of process and development of people within the financial discipline
- Monitor and analyze the KPIs and report to Board and where appropriate to local management.
- Oversee HR activities in the company including dealing with company lawyers on employment matters as well as the Board.
- Chair the inventory committee and overseeing, safeguarding and ensuring proper accounting for all aspects of stock and work in progress.
Profile
- University Degree in Accounting or Finance; ACCA/CIMA/MBA will be considered a huge plus
- Strong background in financial controlling and analysis, cost accounting, budgeting and forecasting in the engineering/manufacturing sector.
- Minimum of 5+ years progressively more responsible experience in the Accounting & Controlling discipline within a manufacturing environment
- Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from stakeholders at all levels
- Able to demonstrate understanding of how job performance affects product quality and customer satisfaction
- Excellent analytical and computer skills including operational computer systems and software development. Proficient use of all aspects of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
- Natural leadership attributes and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Very good English
