Finance/IT Business Process Owner
We are currently supporting the large project of financial transformation for one of international company in Wroclaw.
Client Details
We are looking for Finance/IT Business Process Owner who will be responsible for implementing technical global projects for the Group finance operations.
Description
As a BPO for Finance, you will be responsible to optimize and ensure the integrity of the harmonized Business process of your area of responsibility and Worldwide technical expert in the assigned field from a system's perspective.
- Guardian of the Finance Core Model (Under the responsibility of the CFO and steering committee ensure that the model is defined/ With a full up to date documentation supporting the Model (training, PDD, work aid & test scripts))
- Propose and manage the implementation of the 2 years plan of action in regards with the evolution of the Model (Define with the CFO and Finance steering committee, Managed implementation)
- Synchronize process improvement plans with other process owners with the interface (between QAD/SAP and other systems)
- Responsible for training to key users and end users
- Responsible to benchmark the process with competition to ensure best in breed performance
- Remain technologically sound and fully aware of various opportunities becoming available on the market and more specifically within our solution providers in order to optimized processes
- Lead cost study to provide Business case for change request and impact with other Domains
- Create technical specification and perform unit, system an integration test and assist in data migration and interface and signoff on the Development
- Provide 3rd level support globally raised by Business Analyst
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Computer Science or Equivalent
- 5-7 years of work experience in Finance Modules - MFG/QAD (Preferred), SAP or other ERP
- Understanding of basic GAAP accounting principles/controlling function/cost management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)
- Experience in manufacturing environment as an asset
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Time management skills to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Good communication with ability to present ideas in a business-friendly manner
- Languages English (Required) French, German is a plus
