On behalf of our Client, we are currently looking for a person to hold the position of Finance Coordinator.
Your new role
Holding the position of Finance Coordinator your main responsibility will be to ensure consistent and timely execution of day-to-day operations in all local F&A areas. Your duties will include day-to-day coordination of Business Services local Outsourcing Service Providers and tax advisors regarding external accounting (local GAAP), including financial statements, tax declarations, year-end-packages in compliance with local laws and regulations. You will manage the processing and completion of group reporting (IFRS) including monthly, quarterly and yearend reporting, forecasting and STP preparations, continuous variance monitoring, information and procedure recommendation to relevant parties in accordance with Corporate guidelines. Furthermore, you will manage and control of all financing and cash management activities within the designated legal entities, i.e. network of international bankers and credit card companies, cash collection service companies, ensuring correct in-/outflows of payments and credits/debits on bank accounts. Other duties will include managing and coordinating inventory procedures, managing audit proceedings, coordinating legal entities’ insurance affairs and managing the yearly budgeting process for designated entities.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this role should possess at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role and a higher education degree. We are seeking a Candidate with International experience in matrix organizations and deep understanding of compliance. Fluent English is a must as well as high attention to detail and accuracy, ability to direct and supervise, ability to deal with conflicts, customer service orientation and negotiation skills. Other relevant skills are continuous improvement mindset and process orientation.
