Finance and HR Manager

Hired candidate will be responsible for handling overall aspects of finances, accountancy and HR in Polish subsidiary. You will be reporting directly to Operations Director and co-operating with CFO and Head of HR based in HQ.

Description

• Prepare financial statements (monthly closing), manage analytical month-end closing process, ensuring reliable and timely closing, preparation of monthly reports
• Analyze P&L, key performance indicators of the business (profitability analysis of the crop, analyze deviation vs budget and previous year)
• CapEx and inventory follow up
• Prepare annual budget of the subsidiary
• Contact and cooperate with financial auditors, banks, for preparation of local transferred price documentation
• Financial support to the IT department in the Digitalization Project and Data Analysis
• Manage the tax audit in the subsidiary
• Implementation of the new transfer price group policy
• Fulfil direct workforce needs for the business as usual phase (60-70 people) and during the campaign (500-700 people)
• Manage relationship with agencies which provide direct workforce and look for more when needed
• Prepare HR reports for HR Corporate meeting the established deadlines: FTE´s, cost, headcounts

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in economics, business administration or related field
• Relevant working experience developing the described tasks with focus on finance
• Financial controlling experience required
• Team management experience preferred
• Polish and English are a must. Spanish and/or Ukrainian are very welcome
