Hired candidate will be responsible for handling overall aspects of finances, administration, and supervision of payroll operations. You will be reporting directly to General Manager and co-operating with HQ based in UK.

Our client is a part of a global network of companies manufacturing thermoplastic polymer compounds from sites around the world. Proud of its recent successes which include organic business growth, new acquisitions and factory start-ups, the group is well positioned for the future. To support the start-up and development of its Polish subsidiary with a forecasted turnover of 25M€ and 30-40 employees, client is looking for experienced Finance and Administration Manager.

Description

  • Accountability and supervision over all financial and accounting matters in Company
  • Responsibility for financial statement of a Company, budget and cash flow plan, monitor and deviations analysis and reporting
  • Preparation of reports and analysis for Company's internal needs and external institutions
  • Contact person for payroll provider (ex. gathering and communicating working time, getting information from provider, monitoring service level, on-time delivering required data to provider)
  • Co-operation with bank, offices, financial institutions, insurance companies
  • Supervision over all activities related to audits and internal control
  • Procedures creation, assurance compliance with legal regulations and internal procedures
  • Managing the team (for future reference)

Profile

  • Broad and relevant experience in finance and accounting within international Capital Group
  • Practical knowledge of taxes (VAT, CIT, PIT, JPK)
  • University degree in Finance or Accountancy
  • Excellent verbal and written language skills in English (min. C1 level)
  • ERP system and Excel literacy
  • Experience in ERP implementation will be an asset
  • Responsibility and very good organization of work
  • Very good communication skills
  • Can do attitude and hands on approach
