Field Service Manager

Responsible for supervising all Field Service Department activities and resources (employees plus external

subcontractors).

For our client, we are looking for highly motivated candidates for Field Service Manager position.

Location: Poznań

Opis stanowiska

• Develop the FS organisation, both internal service team and subcontractors, in line with customer requirements in Poland,
• Preparing annual Field Service budget, full P&L responsibility, strong monthly control in terms of revenue and costs,
• Building and maintaining a high relationship with the main customers,
• Visiting customers directly to explain all details of our solutions, understanding our customer's needs,
• Ensuring that Field Service resources perform duties in accordance with laws and regulations, maintaining a high level of efficiency and performance,
• Training technicians on new solutions,
• Cooperating with other functions, especially with Sales Dept. and Customer Service,
• Collaborating with our Global Product management about potential technical issues and new solutions,
• Preparing technical documentation, participates to installations as required.

Profil kandydata

• Excellent communication and motivation skills toward the Field service team and colleagues,
• Engineering degree or similar,
• Experience in Field Service in an Industry Company selling complex solutions,
• Experience/knowledge of hardware/software products and connected solutions,
• Analytical skills are required,
• Financial basis to understand P&L, budget,
• Project management skills.
