Client Details
Our Client is an international manufacturing Company which provides different industries with innovative technology (connected mainly with reducing harmful vehicle emissions & giving new life to used materials).
We are currently searching for Employees who are going to join the newly established, Polish manufacturing plant located in Nysa.
Description
- assuring that general services (laundry, cleaning services, canteen, water etc.) and non-production site facilities (lounge, security offices, showers etc.) are maintained well
- communication with cleaning staff, regular maintaining of greenery etc.
- providing with proper operation of organisation processes; inspection, cleaning, repairing, disposal
- coordination of security guards & maintaining relations with external providers for site's general services in collaboration with Management and other Departments.
- coordination of organizational procedures related to security, access control, external visitors
- searching for new suppliers in the range of general services in the company, negotiating cooperation terms & conditions
Profile
- min. 2 years of experience gained in production environment, especially facility service / administration management
- fluent English
- higher education (Bachelor or Master degree)
- willingness to develop in a dynamic environment, very good communication skills, positive & proactive approach
