Role Description

As a Senior Facilities Coordinator you will be the first point of contact for all colleagues within this company regarding all facilities requests. You will provide Facility Support for the GMP area (production and warehouse) and the non-GMP area (office areas). Coordinating of internal moves and manage vendor relations and (soft service) contracts on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

- Provide support and internal communications related to facility and engineering issues
- Coordination of internal moves
- Managing and coordinating vendor relations and contracts on a daily basis
- Coordination and execution of small Facility Projects
- Performing administrative tasks
- Contribute to EHS policy

Requirements

- Bachelors' degree in Facility Management or similar through work experience
- 1-3 years' of experience within a Service desk, preferably in an international environment
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience with hard services and EHS is preferred
