Our client is a professional Biotechnology organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
They are an international company with locations all over the world. This job position is located in Breda.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Job Hazard Analysis Facilitator is responsible for improving the employees safety within an industrial pharmaceutical environment.
Objectives JHA project:
- Manage timely project delivery according agreed plan
- Improve safety for staff, temporary workers and contractors that perform service or maintenance on equipment with potential exposure to unsafe conditions.
- Conduct safety task/risk assessments for preventive maintenance activities
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage project deliverable timelines and ensure appropriate communication/escalation to project manager
- With regard to content matters: lead and setup meetings with stakeholders where needed
- Preparation of Job Hazard Analysis content, translation Dutch – English and fill Job Hazard Analysis format.
- Facilitate Job Hazard Analysis-sessions
- Follow up on open items that are a result of the Job Hazard Analysis
- Manage resource support from several departments for execution of JHA observations
- Assess potential risks of preventative maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with subject matter experts for detailed and accurate analysis
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experience with in industrial EHSS environment and projects
- Good document writing capabilities in English
- Team facilitator skills and competences
- Technical education/background is a must have (HBO level)
- MVK Plus educated
- Knowledge of European Health & Safety guidelines (with focus on machine safety)
OTHER
- Starting date: March 2018
- End date: December 2018 (+ potential extensions)
- Two days a week
