- Accept, organize, schedule and execute requests- Controlling and checking suppliers
- Answering and troubleshooting questions and faults
- Provide feedback of past notifications
- Perform administrative tasks
Requirements
- Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)- Experience with Service Desk or Customer Service
- Good communication skills
- Background in Facility Management
