Role Description

You are the first point of contact for colleagues regarding all facilities requests. You receive a wide range of facility notifications and handle it via telephone, mail and face-to-face.

Responsibilities

- Accept, organize, schedule and execute requests
- Controlling and checking suppliers
- Answering and troubleshooting questions and faults
- Provide feedback of past notifications
- Perform administrative tasks

Requirements

- Fluent in Dutch and English (oral and written)
- Experience with Service Desk or Customer Service
- Good communication skills
- Background in Facility Management
