Our client is a professional Biotechnology, Clinical Research and Pharmaceutical organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
The facilitator will be responsible for managing project delivery and maintain and create a safe and pleasant atmosphere for the internal and external organisation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare, facilitatie and set up meetings with EHSS and system owners to review and approve JHA
- Prepare JHA-templates by using CMMS
- Upload signed JHA in the company's system
- Create and maintain a good atmosphere for participants of the meeting.
- Maintain progress by keeping an overview to reach a required outcome.
REQUIREMENTS
- HBO in technique or safety
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Fluent in English (written and verbal), Dutch a pré
- Translation skills (Dutch to English)
- Availability guaranteed
- A good and social attitude
- The ability to work independently
- Good social skills
- Communication skills
- Professionalism
- Ability to dispute resolution
