The company is a global leader in the development and production of nutritional solutions. Employing more than 5000 people and operating in more than 50 countries globally the company focuses on providing sustenance and strength by producing high-quality food.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
The organization is growing significantly, specifically in the EU. Therefore the company is in need of an ambitious and experienced senior Manufacturing Manager Europe. You will be working on the manufacturing of high quality products, focusing on regulatory and food safety requirements.You will be working together in teams, working closely together with different departments, such as quality, procurement and supply chain.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the manufacturing of high-quality nutritional products
- Monitoring regualtory and food safety requirements in the production proces
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external supply and manufacturing partners
- Development and implementation of new and innovative manufacturing solutions
- Drive continuous improvements on quality and efficiency
- Participating on cross-functional teams and lead and develop team members
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Food Science
- Knowledge of basic food exposure / microbiology
- Experience in dried milk products is a pre
- Processing + Packaging experience is a pre
- 4-6 years of management experience
