Export compliance specialist
Katowice, śląskie
Responsibilities:
- review and prioritize mailbox requests, pending orders, and GTS block orders, escalate issues when necessary,
- track and action orders under review, resolve data quality issues, and manage related SAP/Z-task notifications,
- initiate, renew, and archive End User Undertakings (EUUs) and maintain proper document records,
- support license applications (e.g., SIEL), including RFIs and GTS setup, ensuring compliance documentation is complete,
- update trackers (e.g., EUU, licenses) and maintain data repositories for accurate recordkeeping,
- provide administrative and compliance support to Export Control Officers in resolving international trade issues.

Our requirements:
- open to work from Tuesday to Saturday schedule,
- previous exposure to export compliance or other trade related matters or experience
with sourcing/procurement is valued, but not required, - English language proficiency,
- detail oriented, high work ethics,
- willingness to learn.
