For our client,a property investment, utilisation and development company, the market leader of Hungarian category B properties with growing impact on the category A market as well.
The company focuses on retail, office and industrial properties that are located mainly in Budapest, but the company also has an evergrowing list of assets from all over Hungary.
They are looking for an Expansion Manager to build the business in Roumania.
Your new role:
Researching market to identify and evaluate different investment opportunities;
Coordinating and manage acquisition activities including marketing plans, financial analysis, transaction negotiations and presentations;
Following the acquisitions manage the whole company portfolio in Roumania;
Building and manage relationships with local stakeholders;
Preparing and deliver strategic plans;
Developing and manage annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analysing trends;
Representing the company in Romanian;
Performing other duties and projects as assigned.

What you'll need to succeed:
University or college degree;
Fluent business English and native Romanian;
Min. 5-10 years relevant management experience;
In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding the field of real estate;
Excellent stake holder management skills;
Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software;
Highly motivated individual, eager to take personal ownership for the solutions of complex issues;
Excellent communication skills both in verbal and written;
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and process management skills.
