Evangelist/Product Specialist

Our Client is an advertising service, leading international wholesale, and food specialist company, providing a wide range of customized advertising services for retail communications. This includes national and international strategic and operative purchasing of media and production services, paper procurement as well as support and responsibility for all business processes relevant to advertising.
We are currently looking for an Evangelist/Product Specialist.
Localization: REMOTE
Evangelist/Product Owner will be responsible for product (software) implementation, trainings and providing solutions to technical issues across middle and eastern European countries.
Supplementary, one will be also responsible for testing and acceptance of solutions, as well as moderating and documentation of meetings and workshops to record and discuss customer's requirements.
Furthermore, person on this role, will analyze and solve 2nd level support requests from the system environment of advertising production.
This role will require from Candidate to spend up to 2 months in Dusseldorf in Client's HQ for necessary training.
Fluent spoken and written English (B2 or higher) is a must for this role!
Candidate's competencies that are nice to have:
- Network stack basics
- S2S VPN, Enterprise firewalls
- Virtualization (VSphere)
- Windows Server, Windows 10 basic administration skills
- Knowledge of the ADOBE Creative Suite, InDesign products, Photoshop, good knowledge of image formats and media workflows
- Experience in IT support and handling ticket systems
- Knowledge of pre-press and media data management is an advantage
- Basic understanding of processes in retailing that are important for the flow of article masterdata
- Experience in an international environment and high intercultural competence
