Role Description

To ensure their growth does not compromise the safety of their personnel they are looking for an experienced European HSE Manager. As European HSE Manager you'll ensure that the safety values of the organisations are implemented and safe guarded throughout all the production sites in Europe. Together with the local HSE Manager you'll be responsible for the sites.You'll take charge of the strategic development and implementation of HSE policies .

Responsibilities

- Coordinate and improve the safety regulations on the diverse sites in Europe
- Set the KPI's for the sites
- Implement the HSE procedures
- Together with your colleague HSE Manager you'll develop the HSE vision.
- Regular visits to the different sites (30% to 40% travel is expected)

Requirements

- Bsc. in Safety and Hygiene or similar study
- Knowledge of IOSH or other safety processes
- Experience with risk assessment
- Fluent in English
- Experience working within a food company
- Travel 30-40% within Europe
