Currently- for our Client, multinational company with great atmosphere and large possibilities for further development- we are looking for European Customer Experience Manager.

Working on this position you will be responsible for implementation of NPS (Net Promotor Score) methodology across Europe as well as Customer Experience initiatives and improvements (both B2C and B2B sector). European Customer Experience Manager’s tasks will also include: developing customer service policies and standards, validating the demand for training and onboarding programs and initiating these projects, building a culture of feedback. Working on this position you will be cooperating daily with regional customer service leads as well as customer service external partners.

We are looking for Candidates with minimum of 5 years of proven experience on Customer Experience Manager or similar position and excellent knowledge of NPS methodology (including documented experience in implementing or working with it). Working knowledge of quality improvement best practices, KPIs indicators and tools as well as outstanding customer- facing and communication skills are the must. European Customer Experience Manager should understand management practices and techniques, knows English on advanced level and has business- oriented and problem- solving approach.
