For our Client, one of employers of choice on the Polish market, an FMCG market leader, we are currently seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join company’s growing team of professionals in Procurement area at a position of eSourcing Senior Specialist It is a role located at Commercial Services Unit of the company, in PoznaĹ„.
Working on this position, as a member of a very unique structure, you will be responsible for supporting use of eSourcing tools across multiple segments & geographies. As such, you will be the main point of contact to support any commercial associate requiring assistance or guidance when managing and running e-auctions and e-RFXs. The role includes leadership of a variety of tasks and projects as well as day-to-day handling of a wide variety of client queries in an efficient way. The role would lead eSourcing help & advise activities, setting up sourcing events and support projects as well as continues improvement initiatives.
To be successful in this position you should have a university degree preferably in a field related to purchasing/management and at least 1-2 years of previous administration experience gained in an international environment. Professional experience in Shared Service Centers (Master Data, AP, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance departments) will be treated as an advantage. Knowledge of, and experience in, core P2P functional competencies and in Commercial best practice is also required as well as excellent PC skills and a familiarity with eRFX and eAuction tools. Due to international work environment, good command of English is a must.
