Your new role
In your new role as a UX Designer (m/f/d), you are responsible to co-create a central decision-making framework and build up a design system supporting our agile product teams in designing a cohesive experience for our expert users. Collaborate with product teams all around the world, support them on taking the right user-centered design decisions and assure the UI consistency of our internal systems. We want you to evolve your own ideas and bring them to life. Contribute to our UX strategy and enjoy a high degree of self-efficacy.

Your new role
In your new role as a UX Designer (m/f/d), you are responsible to co-create a central decision-making framework and build up a design system supporting our agile product teams in designing a cohesive experience for our expert users. Your role and responsibilities
- Work in a young, fast growing Enterprise Software UX team
- Co-create holistic design processes of our internal enterprise software
- Work closely with product teams to translate high-level requirements into detailed user flows and build digital products with an excellent user experience design
- Build up a design system for our enterprise software, and establish a governance process for federal design decision-making
- Review internal products to ensure adherence to our design guidelines
- Execute all design stages from concept to final hand-off to development
- Close collaboration with UX Researcher: support the organization, observe and conduct usability testing
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years of experience as a UX designer or in similar role
- Deep, comprehensive understanding of user-centered design practices and principles
- Ability to moderate design-decision workshops and to present your designs and solutions to various stakeholders
- Curiosity and drive to continually improve our products and processes
- Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in an international and multicultural organization
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice to have skills
- Experience in UX Design for enterprise software
- Working experience in international logistics context
- Polish and German language skills are welcome
