Engineering Project Manager

For our client, we are currently seeking an Engineering Project Manager responsible for the comprehensive management of assigned business areas, with a strong focus on achieving budgetary goals, overseeing projects, and optimising value-creation processes. This role combines engineering, strategic, and operational competencies to ensure the development and effective execution of projects in line with customer requirements and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee assigned business areas and drive continuous improvement in value creation processes
- Ensure financial performance by managing revenues, costs, and profitability
- Prepare and track project quotations, ensuring timely and successful execution
- Lead projects from planning to delivery, maintaining deadlines and quality standards
- Provide regular updates to clients and internal teams on project progress
- Implement cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives
- Manage project budgets and support financial reporting
- Facilitate timely collection of project-related payments
- Ensure compliance with customer expectations and industry standards
- Support marketing and sales efforts, including promotional initiatives
- Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility
Requirements:- Higher technical education (preferred fields: production engineering, mechanical engineering, project management)
- Proven experience in managing engineering projects and budgets
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic decision-making skills
- Knowledge of production processes, cost estimation, and project reporting
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in English at a minimum B2 level
