- Make sure that the development of innovative packaging solutions is in line with the future Packing strategy
- Defining performance standards and criteria for the optimal operating framework of the equipment
- Ensure quality and compliance with the new integration of new pack machinery specifications
- Collaborate with the OEMs to develop New Packaging Machinery Technology solutions
- Senior project manager experience
- Good communication skills in English
- Flexibility to travel intra- and inter-continentally
- Background in engineering
