For our international client, we are currently looking for Director of Engineering for Poland, UK and Germany.
Director of Engineering will be highly oriented towards Customer and project deliverables (timing), controlling technical activities and management of the engineering team. The position covers Engineering support and guidance for technical leaders and R&D engineers – around 15 people.
Person on this position will be key technical contact for customer engineering team based in 3 different locations: analyses customer requirements and builds technical proposals. We are looking for Candidates with technical education (optical, electronic, thermal management technologies ) and at least 8 years of professional experience in international production industry (including team management) . A successful candidate should have an excellent communication skills, teamwork experience and speak fluent English (C1,C2).
