Candidat will be provide commercial real estate support across a range of disciplines including Lease Administration, Portfolio Management, Facilities Management and Transaction Management. This role is specifically responsible for: providing reports, managing new vendor and broker relationships and directly participating with the negotiations.

Our client is an Global production group that is a leader in manual safety system industry. In connection with further development plans of the company, among others related to the centralization of tasks in Poland, we are currently looking for a person for the position of EMEIA Real Estate Project Manager who will be work in the production Plant in Silesia.

Description

  • Acts as the principal contact and advisor for all assigned lease renewals, expansions, acquisitions and divestitures within the business portfolio
  • Works with key business leaders to develop real estate strategies in assigned areas
  • Project-manages the portfolio initiatives including project approval, cost analysis, tracking and progress reporting and reporting of achievement of identified savings
  • Perform project management tasks including planning, executing and closing projects as assigned
  • Manages broker and landlord relationships, including resolving and mitigating landlord disputes relating to lease contracts, billing issues, and property management issues by collaborating with property manager owners, legal counsel, lease administrators and project managers
  • Negotiates business terms and conditions related to leases directly with landlords as required
  • Engages internal and external legal resources to review lease documentation and ensure that appropriate lease terms and conditions are reflected in agreements

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in a business related area or a Broker's License;
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of progressive brokerage or transaction experience in commercial lease negotiation
  • In depth knowledge of financial terms and principles relating to real estate leases, negotiating terms, conditions, principles,
  • Analytical, strategic and creative thinker in developing and presenting financial analysis as a basis to establish and position negotiations
  • Team builder who can who can motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, clients and equally importantly with vendors brokers, landlords and developers
  • Ability to develop and present business cases based on due diligence
  • Basic understanding of building infrastructure/quality/configuration efficiencies is preferred
