Our Client, international company operating in financial services, is currently looking for the Candidate for the position of EMEA Senior Lawyer
Your new role
The person on this position will be the part of the global legal team and will be responsible to provide complex legal advice to the organisation, ensuring that Poland entity fulfils its legal obligations, particularly in respect of services outsourced. The main responsibilities on this position will include: providing advice to business and management on regulation in banking and financial area, especially in outsourced operations in compliance to local policies; representing company to local partners, taking part in business meetings and working groups; drafting agreements and any legal documentation, assisting with data protection matters within company; supporting business in HR activities regarding all aspects of employment, c&b policies, as well immigration law.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Candidate will have at least 5 years work experience as an in – house in financial institution or international law, fluent English, strong knowledge of the financial services & banking industry and regulation. The Candidate should have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, should be well – organised, flexible and be able to work under pressure in dynamic, demanding workload. In addition the person on this position should be able to work as part of a team helping to find practical solutions, analyse problems and offer help in any legal matters. Experience I working with outsourcing company will be a great asset.
