EMEA Planning Manager
The job is designed to lead the transactional processes across the entire supply chain. The role carries accountability for the delivery of standard work and processes across inventory planning of Finished goods, monthly S & OP cycles, RCCP planning for both internal contract manufacturing / 3rd party sourced products.

Description
- Lead integrated planning process providing a robust monthly S & OP cycle
- Manage planning & S&OP Team
- Optimize working capital (inventory element), through increasing Inventory Turns
-Ensure there is adequate stock to cover customer requirements and ATP is always positive for stocked items across all markets
- Identify and maintain inventory targets and inventory forecast across FG
- Implement demand pull methods Level loading and Kanban from finished goods warehouses. (driven by customer order signal)
- To work with and influence the planning processes within few factory locations to optimize the planning the parameters and set out and agree the leadtime and batch size reduction in a progressive controlled manner.
Profile
- Master of Science in Supply Chain or Economics or any relevant education
- English language fluent knowledge
- Excellent project and program management skills
- At least 5 years of experience on managerial position within supply chain areas
- Experience in building & leading transformation processes
- Knowledge & proven experience within the area Supply Chain processes
- Ability to manage expectation of different groups of stakeholders
- Ability to communicate effectively with different group of stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure (resilience).
