Your new role
In this role your main purpose will be to develop strategies, policies and programs as well as manage relationships within EMEA entities. The person we find should be someone who will be able to ensure that adequate controls, systems and procedures are in place to provide accurate and timely data reporting whilst maintaining maximum customer satisfaction and ensuring that service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements. More importantly you will be responsible for the management and development of the Data Administration teams ensuring that each area meets and exceeds its KPIs and SLAs.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you need to be experienced Operations Manager (at least 3 years) preferably in Data Administration area within SSC/BPO environment. You should be able to manage many stakeholders at the same time, have a quick reaction to escalations and be solution oriented. Experience in motivating and managing teams is essential. Effective communication and performance management experience is required, as well as fluency in English.
