Our client is a professional Food organization, based in Noord-Brabant Netherlands.
This company is one of the global leaders in the farming, harvesting and distribution of fresh fruit. Focussing on R&D and sustainability they aim to deliver fresh fruit across the globe.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for coaching and leading a supply team at different EMEA plants. Using your experience you will manage the different change projects that need to be implemented. You will also closely communicate and work together with different stakeholders within and outside the company.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading different supply teams
- Create, validate and execute change plans
- Responsible for the different pharming processes at different locations
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor or Master in Engineering
- 8-10 years of experience in an international organization
- Well developed communication and influencing skills
