Embedded Software Engineer

(Personal Health Devices: Wireless Communication / DSP / Low Power)

 (ref. number ESE/IP)

As part of our continuing growth we are looking for Embedded Software Engineer to join our Telehealth team.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing embedded software systems and components

• Implementing software for very constrained target platforms

• Testing software on the component and system level

• Cooperating efficiently within project team and with customer

 

Requirements

Qualifications required:

• Masters Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in embedded software development (across entire software development cycle)

• Knowledge of formal Structured or Object Oriented Analysis and Design

• Strong knowledge of C/C++; leading embedded hardware platforms (in particular ARM); and real time operating systems

• Experience in designing and implementing software in these areas is an advantage:

o Ultra-low power devices

o Low-power wireless communication

o DSP

• Experience in Quality Assurance and Configuration Managements aspects of software development

• Experience in working in multi-national teams

• Proactive, open, teamwork approach

• Good spoken and written English

• Continuous improvement and self-development
