Role Description

You will lead and support the implementation of the EHSS Standards like; Chemical Management, Fire Safety, Ergonomics, Contractor Management, Water & Waste Water and Emergency Response. Coaching and lead the teams of EHSS Representatives and Stards Owners.

Responsibilities

- Performing assessments within projects and set up, lead and support other Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability projects.
- Lead incident investigation
- Support in- and external audits and inspections (ISO14001-2015, EHS&S Comprehensive Audits, Governmental agencies)
- conduct EHS&S related risk assessments like facility, eronomic and chemical risk assessments
- Give EHS&S training on related topics
- Present periodically to the Site leadership Team
- Develop and improve EHS&S practices

Requirements

- Bachelor or comparable level (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical)
- 3-5 years' of experience in the field or EHS&S (Lab, R&D, Chemical or Biological environment)
- Additional course Safety Manager level 3 or Industrial Hygiene or willing to follow this course
- Experience with ISO14001
- English required, Dutch is preferred
