Your new role
eCommerce Specialist who as a part of the Ricoh Europe eCommerce team will help to run, maintain, upgrade and grow various eCommerce platforms in EMEA region.
• Assist in expanding and refining system requirements, designing and implementation of system changes to support process improvements.
• Provides insights and recommendations to support best practice and continuous improvement into the heart of the processes and applications, ensuring both the current and future needs with Ricoh Family Group are met.
• Participate in multi-cultural projects and teams to deliver shared aims and objectives in a timely and efficient manner • Regular maintenance of the Ricoh product portfolio available across all supported eCommerce platforms in EMEA region.
• Creating and testing required promotions as well as keeping their log for maintenance and reporting purposes. • Full support around static content pages, as well as site translations ensuring appropriate content, is visible at all times accordingly to requirements given by Operating Companies and Marketing department.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this position you need to have around a year of experience in the similar role.
Any relevant experience working with Oracle ATG, SAP Hybris, Magento or Intershop web platforms would
be a distinct advantage. Moreover we search for an individual with strong skills in prioritization, managing & completing multiple projects simultaneously. If you are highly organised, detail oriented, and have an ability to manage workflow and deadlines out role might be a good fit for you. Excellent communication skills in English are crucial.
