E- COMMERCE SPECIALIST
The main purpose on this role is to manage the daily support functions required to keep the eCommerce eShops portals operational and providing excellent customer service. The person we find should be someone who will be able to:
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be satisfied in this position you need to have relevant work experience with a similar e-commerce operation including an understanding of catalog web applications. You should also have the ability to prioritise as well as have strong stakeholder focus. Fluent English is a must as well as effective communication and data management knowledge. Moreover you should be curious, proactive and willing to develop in e-commerce analysis.

Your new role
E- COMMERCE SPECIALIST
The main purpose on this role is to manage the daily support functions required to keep the eCommerce eShops portals operational and providing excellent customer service. The person we find should be someone who will be able to:
- Create customer profiles and ensure that customer accounts are operational
- Manage and edit a range of content related to equipment, software and services for the SMB eShop and eProcurement Portals
- Ensure products are appropriately listed with an accurate description, formatting, pictures and videos
- Deliver requested changes to meet or exceed SLA’s
- Create and maintain promotions, recommendation rules, and search synonyms within the eShop platform
