A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an E-commerce Specialist to join the growing ecommerce team.

We’re looking for a digital all-rounder, who will be responsible for the planning and analysis of all digital marketing activity across website.

The ideal candidate will have solid eCRM experience, be confident with all digital marketing channels including marketing automation, affiliate marketing, paid camapigns, social media and SEO.

 

Deliverables:

  • Responsible for the full digital marketing mix and it’s performance.
  • Be accountable for the tracking and reporting of marketing activity ensuring that spend against budget is on track and closely monitored.
  • Work closely with the marketing and merchandising departments to deliver campaigns that are on brand, targeted and meet website KPIs.
  • Managing projects, working with tight deadlines and budgets.
  • Work closely with PPC and Social Media Specialist and SEO Specialist.
  • Have knowledge of marketing automation, affiliate marketing, social media, A/B tests.
  • App development and marketing – launch, push notifications, on-going marketing.
  • Supporting the wider business with ecommerce needs as and when required and with any other tasks as reasonably requested by your manager.

 

Experience:

  • 1+ year ecommerce experience;
  • Experience across the full digital marketing mix;
  • Solid eCRM experience;
  • Confident with good communication skills;
  • Able to build strong relationships externally & internally;
  • Highly numerical and analytical with excellent attention to detail;
  • Motivation and organisation are key, as well as effective time management;
  • Confident managing budgets effectively whilst effectively gaining ROI;
  • English level B2+.

 

Other Significant Role Requirements & Technical Knowledge:

  • Business, marketing degree or journalism, but experienced students are also welcome;
  • Advanced user of Google Analytics, open source CMS systems;
  • Good at Microsoft Excel;
  • Experience of A/B testing;
  • Experience working with agencies;
  • Working knowledge of personalisation software is desirable.
