In order to be successful in this position you need to have relevant work experience with a similar e-commerce operation including an understanding of catalog web applications. You should also have the ability to prioritise as well as have strong stakeholder focus. Fluent English is a must as well as effective communication and data management knowledge. Moreover you should be curious, proactive and willing to develop in e-commerce analysis.

The person we find should be someone who will be able to:
- Create customer profiles and ensure that customer accounts are operational
- Manage and edit a range of content related to equipment, software and services for the SMB eShop and eProcurement Portals
- Ensure products are appropriately listed with an accurate description, formatting, pictures and videos
- Deliver requested changes to meet or exceed SLA’s
- Create and maintain promotions, recommendation rules, and search synonyms within the eShop platform
