- Identify and optimize the requirements of the customers service within the ordering process to the highest degree.
- Liaise with the IT department to incorporate client' wishes in the e-Business platforms.
- Ensure an increase in sales generated via e-Business (e-Shop or E-procurement).
- Experience in a commercial role within the Biotech industry.
- Fluent in English, any other European language would be considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of e-Commerce and e-Business.
- Willing and able to travel internationally

As e-Business Sales Specialist Biotech you are responsible for the operational and strategic part of the sales of the e-Shop and e-Procurement services of the company. You will actively engage in market mapping, client acquisitions, contract negotiations and service implementation activities. You will work in close collaboration with the IT specialists and the regional sales reps to follow up on their leads and to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Set up, in cooperation with the Director e-Business Europe, a strategic sales plan for Europe.- Identify and optimize the requirements of the customers service within the ordering process to the highest degree.
- Liaise with the IT department to incorporate client' wishes in the e-Business platforms.
- Ensure an increase in sales generated via e-Business (e-Shop or E-procurement).
Requirements
- Bsc or up in Business Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Technology or similar.- Experience in a commercial role within the Biotech industry.
- Fluent in English, any other European language would be considered a plus.
- Basic understanding of e-Commerce and e-Business.
- Willing and able to travel internationally
